TMN's resources are shaped around the following conviction;

We are Godʼs ordinary people, discerning what God is doing in our contexts to form communities that join more fully in Godʼs mission.

All our resources, consulting processes, events and workshops are shaped around this conviction and the following three engagements;

 

We believe the missional journey is first, and foremost, about Godʼs activity in the world.  The primary work of missional communities is discerning what God is doing in our local communities.
